To better inform everyone, we had a round-table discussion with teens from Inspirations for Youth and Families about drug and street terms everyone may want to know. The definition below is based on collective information gathered from teens within our rehab and online research.
Golden Dragon (n.) – Another name for the popular drug Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD).
Inspirations LSD treatment
LSD is a psychoactive hallucinogenic drug that comes in a variety of forms. The most common form is sold on blotting papers, which are small papers dipped in the drug. Users place this on their tongue and it dissolves into their system. Some other forms of this drug include powder, crystal, liquid, or small pills. Besides, the golden dragon this drug is also commonly referred to as acid. Additionally, this is a drug popular among teens and young adults alike. Through its frequent mention in popular media, it has become known also as a party or rave drug.
